What is “Lavashak”?

Also known as “Persian Fruit Leather”, the Lavashak is a Persian fruit roll and a classic Iranian snack. Created from dry fruit paste, it is both sour and salty in flavour – and with no additional sugars, makes for a healthy, delicious treat.

Lavashak is handmade and covered on both sides with a very thin plastic wrap. Simply unwrap the treat from the plastic and enjoy!
