• Enjoy this traditional pastry toasted with any of our yogurt dips or our refreshing Shiraz salad.
• The dish must be consumed within two day of being refrigerated.
• To fully enjoy the borek, add a bit of oil or butter to a pan and heat each side of the borek until it becomes slightly crispy.
