A creative art director with 18 years of professional experience, Saba comes from a Persian family of passionate food lovers – with his grandfather once a royal Persian chef, himself. Through the abundant culture and history that Persian food has to offer, Saba aims to bring an authentic “taste of home” to Australia. With a focus on home cooked care and traditional practices, those unfamiliar may finally have a true taste of this fascinating, ancient cuisine.
